THE Filipino molinillo
Coco molinillo is a celebration of heritage, ritual and all the sweet things that bring us together.
Looking back at all that has inspired our journey and creativity, our family and heritage are key.
A molinillo is a traditional wooden whisk used to froth drinking chocolate. It holds a special place in Filipino culinary tradition and was used to create rich tsokolate (a form of hot chocolate) from rustic tablea cacao tablets, bringing warmth, comfort, and that perfect sweet thing, to a shared moment with those you love.
Sweet MEMORIES
Food is memory.
It carries the scent of a family kitchen, the laughter between siblings, and the comfort of something beloved. Each sweet thing is created to capture the delight of a nostalgic childhood favourite - connecting the past with the present.
